Hi, I’m Grace (she/her). I’m a support worker with a background in speech pathology, and I bring strong communication skills, adaptability, and a warm, steady presence to the people I work with.

I’ve spent the past eight years working in the NDIS sector alongside service providers in community, home, and remote settings.

I enjoy supporting different communication styles, including Auslan and AAC, so things feel clear, accessible, and comfortable for everyone.

I care deeply about creating a space where people feel safe to be themselves, unmask if they want to, and show up exactly as they are.

My approach is affirming, practical, and person‑centred, with a focus on making everyday life feel a little more manageable and a lot less pressured.

As someone with lived experience of neurodivergence and chronic conditions, I understand how important it is to feel understood, respected, and supported in ways that genuinely fit your life.

Outside of work, I’m a crocheter, sour‑candy and fantasy novel enthusiast, and the proud Human to three balls of pure feline chaos.
