Meet Tim
Support Worker
My name is Tim (he/him). I am an AuDHD support worker with a background in psychology and a passion for working alongside people who are neurodivergent, live with a psychosocial disability, and/or live with chronic illness.
I’ve worked as a mental health worker, NDIS Access Officer, psychosocial recovery coach, and support coordinator – so I’ve had experience in both the mainstream mental health system and the NDIS.
Outside of work, I'm usually buried in a fantasy book (currently on book 5 of The Stormlight Archives), rewatching RuPaul’s Drag Race for the thirteenth time, or elbow-deep in a DIY project I found on the internet and decided I absolutely had to start immediately.
I also enjoy photography, playing video games, restoring furniture, and collecting hobbies like they’re Pokémon.
I value authenticity, curiosity, and working in ways that honour each person’s unique strengths, needs, and pace.
Tim has availability for support work sessions with existing and new Nearish Support clients.
